About
Conduit is an aluminium tube with a deformed surface and slits, set into a phosphorite core. At a certain point, it seems to cease being merely a structure — breaking open and pushing flowers and greenery outwards.
London. Summer 2026. Anomalous heat. The city heats up. Hot metal. Pipelines under pressure.
Within the context of London's industrial architecture, the object appears almost like a fragment of the city itself: as if a pipe has been torn from a building facade, releasing something living from within.
Cold engineering meets the organic. Pressure meets freshness. Metal meets flowers.
Conduit is a breakthrough of life through infrastructure.
